Jana, with 20 years of experience in project management, marketing and customer care, shared valuable insights she’s gained through her work at PSYRES. Jirka, inspired by his own struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, created the app to help people worldwide track their moods and improve their mental wellbeing. To date, it has helped over two million users. They spoke candidly about the challenges of balancing demanding work cultures with personal wellbeing.
