The panel discussion titled „How to build a company culture while moving the company forward quickly“ took place, exploring strategies for establishing a robust company culture amidst rapid growth. Questions were raised on how to create a work environment that fosters employee happiness and facilitates continuous progress. Furthermore, the discussion delved into the challenges of building and maintaining company culture amidst significant growth rates, with insights shared by professionals who have navigated such scenarios firsthand.
Lucie Brešová, SVP Groupon Operations, and Marek Vašíček, CTO, co-founder of FTMO and Vratislav Kalenda, Frontman / CEO and Co-founder of Applifting participated in the panel discussion moderated by Filip Mikschik, Founder & CEO of StartupJobs, and Barbora Kebzová, Brand & Marketing Manager of StartupJobs, who also brought an up-to-date perspective from the job market to the discussion.

SPEED-DATING
A unique offer for early-stage startups was presented as we partnered with 7 esteemed investors from the Czech VC scene to create a special opportunity tailored just for them. This initiative provided startups with the chance to connect directly with these influential ecosystem players, engaging in meaningful conversations, receiving valuable feedback, and potentially securing investment for their ventures.
Each investor generously offered four 10-minute slots, allowing startups time to pitch their ideas, discuss their business models, and explore potential partnerships or investment opportunities.
